Relaxing our Hands

The hands are the main execution instrument of the body. They are involved in almost everything we do or feel. We throw up our hands in hopelessness; shake our fist when we are angry. When hands are kept tense, the whole body is geared for action. Learn to relax our hands when we find our self in a tight spot or when something irritates us. It will take the pressure off and give us a feeling that we are master of the situation.

Whenever we feel a sense of hurry, deliberately slow down. Everyone has his own best pace or tempo for doing things and situations to set our pace for us.

During our busy days we don’t notice the situations that we have plenty of things done in the house especially in typing in the keyboard even for an hour only but the muscles of our hands get tired and sometimes we go to the kitchen or in a bathroom and we forgot that we wash our hands so the nerves of our hands get easily tired and the cause of that is sometimes we can’t easily open or close our hands. And if we notice that we get tiered and our hands are a little bit flashy then stop the job.

Remember there will be something else to do tomorrow. So relax! Life is not 100 yard dash, but more in a nature to cross-country run. If we sprint all the time, we not only fail to win the race but we may not last long enough to reach the goal.
