the prize "Mr. Photogenic"
The most awaited result and the price of my sacrifices has come to an end, the announcements of the winners. After their ramp modeling on the stage they let the candidates take a short rest and there is an intermission number also while the board of judges was still computing for the results. It’s late evening now and my son feel sleepy but then the result was not yet announced I cuddle my baby and I start making a story just to let my baby awake for they will still go to the stage for the final walk and the result of the competition. After a long time waiting the candidates was called by the emcee to go up on the stage and my son awake and run to the stage for he is also excited for the result. One by one they are called for the especial awards but when my son was called and he was awarded as Mr. Photogenic my hearts jump and I stand and clap proud of my son, meaning he is the most handsome above all contestant.
I told to my self this is the prize of my sacrifices and all of my tired eyes and body was blown when I go up on stage and gave him the trophy. When we are on our way home my son told me that he is the winner and he is happy holding his trophy all the way to our home even though he take a nap on the car still he is holding his trophy. And I felt happy also about the situation for my son is happy mommy also is very happy.
