Cigarette Smoking is Dangerous
Cigarette smoking is dangerous to our health, as what the government always reminds us, on television, newspapers and even on the packs of the cigarette that we bought in stores. Cigarette smoking is dangerous for millions of smokers; it is the world of the daily struggles with hacking coughs and shortness of breath. Cigarette smoking is dangerous for it stained in teeth and hands, burned spots on floors, tables and beds.
Cigarette smoking is dangerous, because it is a world of irritably, anxiety, restless and headaches unless one maintains a steady fix of nicotine in the blood from a smoke. Cigarette smoking is dangerous, it is known to be a contributing factor in the following; cancer of the lung, cancer of other respiratory sites, chronic bronchitis, heart diseases and many others especially, the parts of the body affected by cigarette smoke are the following;
· Brain – Some nicotine reaches the brain with in seconds after the first puff.
· Heart – Nicotine increases adrenaline production, heart rate and blood pressure. Heart diseases either cause or made worse by smoking, kill more smokers than lung cancer does.
· Muscles – Muscle tone is quickly decreased, over all strength and endurance is decreased by the efficiency of the blood supply system.
· Stomach – Nicotine increases the production of stomach acid, it promotes ulcers.
· Lungs – Billions of microscopic droplets of the tar enter the lungs air chambers; only 30 percent are breath out.
· Entire body parts – Almost 100 percent of smokes carbon monoxide is absorbed by the red blood cells, decreasing their ability to absorb oxygen.
The danger of health is calculated according to the risk of disease to different ages and different levels of cigarette smoking. If you are a change smoker do not stop right away better to stop gradually so that the body can adjust easily.
