Healthy mothers are always on the go.
If we never exercise in our life, there is no reason to believe that we are too old to start. There are a lot of exercises like aerobic exercise, jogging, and there are a lot of exercise offer that have many benefits while being easier for older people to do.
Swimming gives the most complete exercise; it works all our muscles of our body, Walking, is an exercise for all ages, a low impact sociable activity. We can chat with our friends, mothers, children while we exercise; fast walking burns approximately the same number of calories per kilometers like running.
Always remember that regular exercise is good for us to make our body physically fit no matter what age we are. If we are over 35 and have never exercised before, get a clearance from our doctor first. But if we are healthy, there is no reason not to start to make our age defense a stronger one.
