Music is a good promotion for children because it is a meaningful medium of expressing their ideas, feelings, dreams aspirations and values. Exposing our children to a wide variety of music ranging from folksy to the contemporary top tunes, from the classical to the favorite songs of yesterday, we not only impart knowledge towards our children but we also helps develops their skills and values which makes music truly enhance them.

Summer season here in the Philippines is a free time to the kids, so I decided to enrolled them in a musical class like playing guitar and piano, because I do believe that learning music among my children especially on instrumental playing promotes them a mental development, concentration and patience. It also helps them develops there self-confidence, that’s why music is a good promotion for children.

The experiences and the learning’s they have learned today will make them a difference in their lives, in the lives of their parents like me. The folk songs, love songs as well as religious songs that my children learned and perform in the review, drill lesson, proper enrichment activities create an awareness of their beliefs, traits and the way of life as a children. Greater understanding, love and appreciation towards music are a good thing also that they learned during their summer class.

Now in the house that their summer classes is almost done and they learned many strokes and can play now the piano most of the time they are playing different kinds of music that can catch my attention and I told to myself that I was not wrong to choose a summer class about music to my children for I really know that music is a good promotion for children.

Finally, I located the information I was searching for. I have been doing research on this subject, and for four days I keep finding websites that are supposed to have what I am searching for, only to be disappointed with the lack of what I had to have. I wish I could have found your website quicker! I had about 30% of what I was looking for and your web-site has that, and the rest of what I need to complete my research. Thank you and keep up the good work!
