Fiesta and graduation songs, we share!
May brings plenty of fruits and flowers,
Month of election and to honor our dear parents!
June tolls church’s wedding bells,
Universities and schools open for students!
July brings typhoons and floodwaters,
Black and cloudy sky, signs of disaster!
August brings the spirit of nationalism,
Manifested through the language spoken!
September winds cold and chill,
Breeze from mountains and hills!
Golden October brings fortune and luck,
It gives abundant harvest that ever lasts!
Dull November reminds us about the past,
For loved ones and friends who return to dust!
Cold and festive December has the merriest rhymes,
Ending the year, full of love on Christmas time!
