Scrambled Egg with Fried Danggit (fish)

The pride of Cebu; A delicious Danggit and a good gift for our family living away from home. A quick and a delicious meal to prepare on a lazy Sunday;

16 pcs dried danggit

¼ cup vegetable oil

½ cup chopped onions

2 tbsp olive oil

6 large eggs, beaten

  1. Heat vegetables oil in a wok, fry danggit.
  2. In a non-stick pan, sauté onions in olive oil until translucent. Increases heat to high, add beaten eggs and scramble with a wooden spoon. Cook until soft and fluffy.
  3. Transfer to a plate and serve with fried danggit and hot rice.

    when i saw the picture of danggit, my gush!!! I stared at it, feel like eating it.
