Values and the people around You
Whenever people go to work everyday, they carry with them inherent values. They posses them all along, the office, the school, the factory, the plant, the hospital even everywhere and anywhere a person works. One fined values immeasurable quantity. Meaning in any place where individuals congregate, they manifest a set of values which have nurtured them since infancy.
Value is an enduring belief that a special mode of conduct or and state of existence is personally or socially preferred to an opposite mode of conduct. However there are a lot of limitations as to what values are practiced in the place of work. These are all depends upon the standard of different people. Individual values are relative which explains why different individuals differ in behavior.
There are organizations that emphasize on the values of honesty, integrity, professionalism, respect for others and responsibility. Others have practicing different values towards our self as a person.
The behavior of every individual at his working place exemplifies appropriate values. Although values tend to develop in early life, significant happenings in the life of an individual can reshape his values later in life.
