I was shocked by the news this early morning when I opened my computer about the sudden death of the idol of my son M. Jackson. He is too young to die for just a sudden cardiac arrest the pop of music was lost.

Unripe Jackfruit with Coco Milk Recipe

Takes 40 minutes

1 medium onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, chopped

3 tbsp ginger slivers

3 tbsp veg. oil

6 cups young unripe jackfruit, sliced

2 cups coco milk

2 cups fresh coco milk

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup beans cut into 1 inch pcs.

1 pcs. Chilies

• In a large pan, sauté onions, garlic and ginger slivers oil in 8 minutes. Add jackfruit mix well; add coco milk. Mix well. Let boil lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
• Add fresh coco milk; season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
• Ad beans and chilies cover and simmer for 8 minutes or until beans are cooked. Continue to simmer until sauce reaches desire consistency. Serve Hot.
