Live Life Longer and Better

People are dying young. We’re overweight, lack of exercises and suffering from our lack of good health habits. The level of stress in our society is escalating rapidly, and it’s serving as a channel to many of the major killers of the age. We should be living longer and enjoying it better. But a frightful number of us are being cut down during our prime. And even when we survive, we often find our selves severely hampered by conditions which prohibit freedom to enjoy the best of life offers.

We must put our selves an extra care to tap into the sources of vigor and longevity in order to continue life live longer and enjoy. But it won’t be good unless we will not make priority of implementation of what is good for our selves.

    What a very true post!

I was wondering if I might be able to shoot a rather different question your way. When people mention health they think of physical health, but emotional health is taking a toll as well. As a matter of fact, stress and anxiety levels, as you alluded to, are ski-rocketing!

So much so, that when Obama started making budgetary cuts due to economic conditions, he actually appropriated more funding for mental healthcare services while cutting budgets for other medical healthcare.

I wonder if you might comment on the importance of mental health? I might very much love to quote you on my own blog, the Mental Health Recovery Blog if you are at all comfortable with that. If not I’d very much like to hear your take on the matter anyways!

I look forward to speaking with you more on the subject!

    Warm regards,
    Lex
