Almost everyone of us may not realized, that your body becomes vulnerable to wear and tear as you age or when you’re getting older especially your bones. Osteoporosis, is also called as a silent bone killer, puts us 50 % at risk. As we age, bones get weaker and become more susceptible to fractures and injuries. Some couples that have unhealthy and inactive lifestyle are the one who are prone to this Osteoporosis and this diseases something that cannot be ignored.

To maintain our bones healthy and strong, we need to improve our daily diet, get regular exercise, avoid smoking and we must limit our alcohol intake. We also need to load up calcium and other essential bone nutrients such us vitamins and eat the right kind of food in making bone generation more effective. Don’t forget also to keep drink a cup of milk everyday with rich in calcium to add more life and a healthy bones all the time. Age is not a hindrance towards our happiness as long as we will take good care of our body and health even we get old still we can enjoy life.

    Thanks for placing my ad, it’s appreciated. Wish I could say I didn’t realize my body was tired of the wear and tear, but oh…how I realize it.

    I don’t load on the calcium. Unless you’re taking vitamine D, your body won’t properly utilize it and that can be a problem. If one is concerned they should have a scan before taking the extra calcium. Good eating habits and exercise/stretching are always good.
