Fresh Cilantro and Mint Relish

Ingredients:

¾ cup chopped fresh cilantro, firmly packed
½ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 fresh hot green chili
1 tbsp. lemon juice
¾ cup yoghurt. Whisked until creamy
¼ tsp salt

Procedure:

Blend together cilantro, mint, green chili, lemon juice, and three tbsp. of water into a smooth paste. Fold it into the yoghurt. Add salt and mix well.
