Fresh Chili Relish

Ingredients:
½ cup fresh red and chopped mint
½ cup green chilies and chopped mint
1 tbsp. lemon juice
¼ piece of ginger
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Wash and dry the chilies. Cut off the stalks and chop roughly. Blend all the ingredients together for about 15 minutes before serving.
