Expand your Influence

Determine where to expand influential lies. You must take time to discover who is influential in the organization. Who above, below, or next to you has the ability to influence higher ups, persuade others and get things accomplished. Learn and meet influential people in your organizations and try to make a point in going to lunch at least once a week and make sure you will attend meetings and some seminars also to catch more attentions.
You must also an observant to any people strategies. Then seek out opportunities to cultivate relationships with the influential people in your organization. Ask them for an advice and if possible model their behavior. These are simple tips on how to expand your influence towards other people.
