Hasn’t Exercise in a Week
I kicked my walking shoes under the bed. Throw a blanket over my treadmill and driving everyday to school so I didn’t see all the walkers in our subdivision. I understand that it’s hard to get motivated after I missed a few days of exercise. But those skipped days can easily turn into a weeks, so it is important to start up again fast.
Here’s the good news, fitness is the one thing that comes pretty quickly. By the end of the month I should be close to where I am before. Exercising is the best way to make us pretty easily. If you feel that you’re bored find a fun exercise to make your body easy to move or find other alternative like dancing and burn more calories everyday.
