Pork Tocino Recipe

pork tocinoIngredients:


1 kg. Pork slice into ¼ thin

1 ½ tbsp. rock salt

¾ cup brown sugar

1 tbsp. mallorca

½ tsp. black pepper

½ tsp. msg (vetsin)

1 tsp paprika

½ cup pineapple juice

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients. Cure 2 to 3 days then fry in a hot oil. Serve.
