Jicama or Singkamas Relish

1 kg. Jicama or singkamas (slice into strips)
1 large carrot (strips)
1 peace red bell pepper (strips)
¼ cup pickle relish
Syrup:
1 cup sugar
¾ cup vinegar
½ tbsp. salt
Procedure:
- Peel singkamas and carrot. Cut into strips.
- Mix vinegar and salt. Boil.
- Put into singkamas mixture.
