Exercise is a physical use of energy for the purpose of improving physical fitness and for enjoyment.

The physical benefits of in good exercise have been observed in many studies of athletes. Trained athletes have a large stroke volume and slower heart rate at rest than those who don’t exercise and they tend to have larger hearts. It improves muscle strength and blood circulation in the body. Regular exercise reduces the risk of developing coronary heart disease and other disease.

Exercise is also beneficial in psychological aspect. Persons who exercise regularly appear to feel better than those who did not.
