Essential Care of our Eyes
Eyes is one of the most important part of our sense organ without our eyes we cannot see the beauty of the world. We do not see with our eyes alone, we can see with our minds and our entire personalities. What we think of an eye ailments, can be result of our emotional difficulties or physical malfunctioning. Usually emotional factors predominate in many eye ailments.
Eyestrain for instance a common complains of our friends and it sends more patients to eye practitioners than any other complaint. Asthenopia, is what we usually called a blame for a variety of aches and pains including insomnia which most of us cannot sleep, headaches and sometime loosing of appetite. Some of our medical teams discovered that eyestrain is almost never responsible for these ailments attributed to it. This ia not also mean that our eyestrain is simply a product of the imagination. Our eye muscles may suffer aches when we loose them excessively and get tired, especially if we are using glasses or using improper lenses or there are times that we are working or reading without proper light, but straining conditions affects only the muscles and can not damage our eyes.
The best way of avoiding eye vision defects is to wear corrective lenses, because a friend of mine was wearing improper lens and causes her for an eye defect, so the proper way is to consult our eye experts to do what is right. There are glasses neither strengthen the eyes nor weaken them. Their sole function is to help us see better by proper focusing the light that enters our eyes. We will see well if we will wear glasses that fit our needs. We are welling to pay any amount as long as we are free from danger. But I must suggest that timely eye check up is a must to prevent from being eye disorders.
