Busy Days Preparing for My Child Talents Night
A few days ago when I received a call from the principal of our school where my child is recently enrolled and asking permission that my grade three pupil is one of the finalist of being a Star Kids in their school campus in celebrating their school foundation day. I cannot say no to the principal because I know that my son is very much welling and interested to join with the said competition in their school.
When we talked with my son in the afternoon after classes that he is one of the finalists, he was happy and I can see the excitement in his face. So, even my schedule is quite busy I support my son, for I don’t want him to disappoint. It is my great pleasure being a mom that my son was selected in spite of plenty of students in the campus. Maybe the school teachers see that my son has a potential of being a Star in their school.
Today, I am very busy preparing for the attires that they will be using. It not an easy job for me, lots of preparations to be faced like, formal wear, production wear, festival attire and so with the talent portion. It quite hassle for me for I am alone preparing all of the attire and then I still hands-on driving them back and forth to school, study their lessons and then I still do for write for my post. Wow!!! Super mama is what I called to myself; it is not easy to have a husband working away from home, but no choice except to face the reality of life. Life goes on and all of our sacrifices in life have a bright future waiting ahead of me.
