Eating Breakfast Habitually

My countrymen the Filipinos usually eat three meals a day, which includes breakfast, lunch and supper. All of those meals need careful planning in order to meet the proper nutrition needed by our body.

Breakfast is one of the most important meals that need careful planning. Since it should be the heaviest meal of the day, we the parents or the housewives will make sure that they we will prepare foods that contain necessary nutrients to supply n our body. One mistake that is very commonly committed in every person nowadays is the skipping of breakfast or sometimes eating to light breakfast. Some people eat nothing but one or two pieces of bread with a cup of coffee or tea for breakfast because they are in hurry of going to work and many other things that needs to be done in that morning. Then time will come at about ten in the morning and they felt hungry then they wonder why.

We must always eat our breakfast especially our school children and those who are working because they need some energy for the whole day activities. They need to eat heavy breakfast if possible to feel energize and stay lively for the whole day. Eating good breakfast will make our children and skilled workers intelligent in everything they do.

There are two thing to be done in order that your family can eat breakfast habitually, first we should wake up early and second plan simple and easy to cook but have a balance menu. We must prepare foods that are rich in protein for such as eggs, cereal or bread and beverages and vitamin C is a good source and a day’s allowance assured.

Preparing for the most essential meal could not be expensive. Prepare protein foods, carbohydrates and fruits are simple things to prepare. The family can live happy, healthy and alert members. So we need to bear in mind that breakfast is the most necessary meal of the day.
