Simple Tips on How to Change for the Better
Summer vacation is already here to celebrate. But did we try to evaluate our selves for a preparation for this summer? Do we need some changes in our lives or our career? How do we feel now? Are we feeling okay or is there something that we need to change for ourselves but yet we don’t know how.
If we are feeling stale or stuck in a rut, you know we need something different but the question is we are not sure what and it is not easy to decide and I have here simple tips that can help us to change our lives for a better.
At first, we need to ask our selves what we really want. Do we want a slower -paced life, a more satisfying career path or a new environment to in order to make our eyes refresh. To answer these questions, we will try to brainstorm our selves and weigh the pros and cons without holding back. The best change starts with an honest version of what we really want to be.
We must know also the obstacles in our way. Make a detailed list of what is standing in our way then address the. In this kind of process, if we are honest enough we should be able to know which of these stumbling blocks are of our own making. We will set a short example, we would like to go back to school and our post graduate degree if we are teachers, but anyway this is only an example but we keep on postponing it by reasoning that we don’t have a time and our children are all important. Besides the tuition fee is high instead of assaying NO. Why think of “what if” Like what if our husband or our sister will agree to take care of the children while we are studying? All of these hanging questions will depend on us to explore the possibilities and see our life in a fresh light.
Another tip is we must look for fast and easy way to fulfill our needs. Of course there are some changes we want that are impossible. In that case we need to make some alternation in order to make things possible.
Finally we need to take all the time we need. Do not rush to decisions because those people who are most contended and happy with their decisions are those who took a thoughtful and non hurried approach to the process. They control and make a conscious and rational choice. In the end that is what empowers most. So change for a better, Would you?
