This question remains unanswered in my mind until I read the book that says yes, children definitely develop stress. They are just like adults, they also experience stress in varying degrees and ways. I what I had observe with my kids they are very energetic and I think that they are not tired because they keep on playing non-stop that is why it puzzled my mind and now I know already the answer.
Stress among our children manifested through physical and behavioral signs. The very common physical signs of stress in our children can be mistaken as just natural among children but should not be taken for granted as these may lead to serious illness related to stress. Like the pains in the knees and in the lower back are very common signs. Stressful situations keep the muscles tense.
Headache is one common signs of stress. Even our shoulders may also ache but sometimes headache is accompanied by nausea and vomiting as symptoms of an eye defect. There are times when we are over worked in a computer then it so happen that we felt tired and have a head ache and that is also a sign of stress and we need to relax and unwind for a while for our head and our body needs also rest. This is always what I felt every time I am addict to computer because we cannot escape sometimes that we have lots of things to do on the computer, but as what I have said tat we need also to take a rest and relax. Work is always their but our body will not be forever okay so we need to take good care of it.
When our healthy child suddenly becomes sickly and goes from one illness to another, chances are, our child is under stressful conditions. This is because our body’s antibody system loses effectiveness. Our white blood cells which fight bacteria and stress become fewer making the child become more susceptible to illness.
There are lots of behavioral signs of stress. We the parents should pay attention to the sudden changes in our child’s behavior, particularly when these behavioral changes repeated frequently.

Eyes is one of the most important part of our sense organ without our eyes we cannot see the beauty of the world. Molds in the Food
Foods that we bought for our daily consumption sometimes we don’t notice that there are already molds that scattered in the food and particularly in the bread that sometimes we forget to eat due to many reasons that sometimes busy and there are times that many food stocks and tendency that it will get some molds on it.
Molds grow where it gets the thing it needs. It needs warmth, moisture and food. Maybe you take some few minutes to watch the mold through a magnifying glass. At first you will see many tiny threads. The spores that landed on the food can grow into mold plants and they can grow only if get the things they need like warm, moisture and foods. Bread mold takes food from the bread. Some molds grow on apples, oranges and lemons they take food from the fruits on which they grow.
Therefore, if we have foods that have already molds we need to throw away because it doesn’t taste right and part of it has been used by a mold plants and the food has been changed.
Eating Breakfast Habitually
My countrymen the Filipinos usually eat three meals a day, which includes breakfast, lunch and supper. All of those meals need careful planning in order to meet the proper nutrition needed by our body.
Breakfast is one of the most important meals that need careful planning. Since it should be the heaviest meal of the day, we the parents or the housewives will make sure that they we will prepare foods that contain necessary nutrients to supply n our body. One mistake that is very commonly committed in every person nowadays is the skipping of breakfast or sometimes eating to light breakfast. Some people eat nothing but one or two pieces of bread with a cup of coffee or tea for breakfast because they are in hurry of going to work and many other things that needs to be done in that morning. The Important Use of Papaya
Papaya grows anywhere it is a fast growing plant. It grows from 3 to 6 meters high and the trunk is soft and marked with petiole scars. It usually has no branch but sometimes branches grow when we cut the trunk or it is wounded. Its leaves are large and lobed, borne are long and have a hollow stalk.

Ingredients:
2 green papayas
Soy sauce or patis is good
1 tbsp. cooking oil
3 cloves garlic
½ cup pepper leaves 2 tomatoes
½ pound beef
Procedure:
Saute the garlic and other ingredients except the pepper leaves and papayas. Add water and boil. Drop the papayas and cook until tender. Before removing from fire add the pepper leaves. Serve hot.
