Why Airplane Fly?

This is a question that my son asked a few hours ago for our house is a few minutes drive going to the airport and the airplane passes just in our roof. It is quite noisy but we are used to it. When we bought this unit in one of a big subdivision here in our place we really don’t know that the airplane passes by in this area going to landing but as years pass bye we are already used to it. That’s why now my son is now big enough he ask me this kind of question why the airplane fly and what makes an airplane fly.

I told to my son that in order to overcome the Earth’s gravity and rise into the air, the airplane must be acted on by lift force. This is supplied mainly by the craft’s wings. The cross section of a wing is designed so that the angle at which the wing meets the causes the air to flow more rapidly past the upper surface of the wing than the lower surface. As a result, air pressure is lower above the wing than below it, resulting in lift.

My son was satisfied with my short explanation and good enough that I have a little knowledge about this why the airplanes fly.

Preparing for the Halloween Party

Halloween party is already here to celebrate and as a mom with two kids is very busy preparing for the Halloween costumes of my kids. I made a shopping for their attires and also for mom. Good enough that 2nd quarter test was already done and no more study time, and it is also another way of being a busy mom for the past few days. Wow!!! What a super mom I am for my two kids, but I really enjoy for what I am doing. The most important is that you are always happy in everything you do to make life easier most of the time.

My kids are very excited with their Halloween party and when in fact they always asked me the date of today and the time of their presentation. Happy I am for them and also proud for my two handsome kids.

Some Important Tips to Parents

With the advert of changing the world, sometimes raising our children today is perhaps harder than ever before. There are instances when we do not even know how to handle them in the midst of their temper tantrums. There are also instances that we parents give up and leave them alone until such time that they may even ask the help of other people to take ever our roles to them. There are some ways to help ease the strain of raising our little ones and their behavior problems through good parenting.

• Establish together time by a regular weekly routine for doing something special with our child even just going out for ice cream or unwind in cheap restaurants.
• Do not be afraid to ask where your children are going and who they will be with. Get to know your child’s friends and the parents if possible so you can familiar with their activities.
• Try to be there after school when your children get home.
• Eat together often. Meals are a great time to talk about the day and bond.
• Be a better listener. Ask and encourage questions. Ask your child’s input about family decisions.
• Do not react in a way that will cut off further discussion.
• Be a living, day to day, example of your value system. Show the compassion, honesty, generosity and openness you want your child to have.
• Know that there is no such thing as “do as I say, not as I do” when it comes to your children.
• Examine your own behavior.
• Reward good behavior consistently and immediately.  Expressions of love, appreciation and thanks go along way, even for our children who think themselves too old to hug.
• Take time to teach your children values while they are young. Live your own values everyday.
• Make your home a safe, secure and positive environment. Provide appropriate privacy for each family member.

Children Before Going to Bed

My kids from the whole day exposed in school and play they have still time for relaxations and get together with the whole family. But kids after their whole day play and many activities to do, their body have lots of dust and sometimes they are becoming feeling itchy and uncomfortable to move. That’s why I prefer my kids after their dinner and have some relaxations I always take them a shower to fell them comfortable in their sleep and fell relaxed for the whole night long.

They have their time in going to bed specially if there is a class coming for another day. It is very important to them to be trained always in everything they do to let them know that there are things that need to be on time and not all the time is a playing time for them. Every night even without being told they know already what time they will be going to bed not to be over exposed on television and watch their favorite programs.

Before going to bed is always their time to thank God for the whole day guidance and after that sleeping time for both of them? It is always their daily routine and with their young age they know already their rules and regulations to be followed.

Children’s Intramurals Day 2009

Just yesterday the school of my son celebrating their annual intramurals day and they really enjoyed all the games and entertainments that the school prepared for them. They have also dance number that was presented to all the parents watching the show. I really love watching my son enjoying all the games and I know it was their great time to have fun with their classmates.

The intramurals of San Rogue Child Development School where my son was presently enrolled will last until today for they have two days presentations. This is a good time to have relaxed by the students after an everyday studying they should have time for relaxations. That’s why me as a mother is very busy attending my sons extra activities and maybe today I will be in school again for a whole day games of my son and of course mother should watch the good performance of our children because this is the only way that we watch them playing in school for their intramural and a support them also being a good mother to my kids.

3. Give an allowance. Since people learn by application than by studying the theory, allow our children to learn money matters the practical way, by giving them an allowance. The purpose of giving them an allowance is to teach kids that they can use their money in two ways, either save or spend. And they will find out that if they save, they have more money for tomorrow. By spending they will also learn to choose items carefully. The more expensive item will use up more of their money, leaving them with less. And if they choose the cheaper items, they will have more money left.
