Very alarming news to the whole world about this swine flu virus that hit the city of Mexico and other nearby places, According to the World Health Organization that it was the first time that they have declared a swine flu virus alert to phase 5 outbreak, second-highest on its threat scale, indicating a pandemic could be imminent.

I am very much worry and very alarmed about the news for my husbands voyage of destination will be from Iceland they will be going to Mexico which is the most center of the outbreak swine flu virus. I received an email from my husband that they are also aware of the swine flu outbreak and maybe the company will not pursue to the restricted area for the safety of all.

Now in Mexico the global health authority warmed that swine flu virus was threatening to bloom into a pandemic, and the virus spread farther in Europe even as the outbreak appeared to stabilize at its epicenter. Some countries have urge their citizens to avoid United States and Canada as well as far as this issue of swine flu virus not yet cleared.

My sister is planning to fly to Europe but I advised her to fly later when the virus already healed for her safety also. Prevention is Better than cure” this is what we all need to do, so better stay in the house first and fly later let the time healed.

Healthy eating with pleasure is a nice thing to do in our life. What we eat has considerable impact on our physical well-being. Healthy eating with pleasure with good nutrition promotes good health. But it depends on the food that we eat for food also affects how we feel.

There is a complication between our meals moods. Many foods have biologically active compounds that can work us up or clamp us down. The caffeine in coffee is a good enhancer. There are also foods that makes as happy simply because they taste us feel good rolling around in our mouths, such as potatoes or a buttery roll and are also rich in carbohydrates.

For instance, my son loves to eat chocolates, for their father often come and goes in different countries, and no doubt it is everybody’s favorite especially the kids, and chocolates is frequently a desired food, Its psychoactive chemicals, such as caffeine that can stimulate the central nervous system.

Certain combination of foods can also affect our mood. For example, drinking a cup of coffee has been shown to have a beneficial effect on mental alertness. But if the cup of coffee is served with a spoonful of sugar, there is an added boost-one thinking skills may actually improve.

A few days past I was not felling better, the whole part of my body was felt uneasy and not a normal one. So I decided to visit my doctor and have some advice on what is happening to me, my doctor advice for some blood examination in order to know what really is the cause of my abnormal felling towards my body, so after the check up and blood examination I went again to my doctor for the reading of the result and we found out that my body is lacking of potassium. That is why I felt something itchy and cram with my whole body.

The coconut tree is a tree of life. Tree of life is a symbol of peace and prosperity. Tree of life is a tree of hundred uses. It’s all like the life of a man that all of our body parts are very useful that’s why we called the coconut tree as the tree of life.

The tree of life-all the parts, the husk, the shell, the leaves, down to the roots are useful. Its leaves furnish thatch and straw in waiving hats and mats. Basket, fruit trays, and ladies bags can be made from the midribs. The shell serves as a hundred uses with a little imagination like but tons, belt, utility cases and many others. The trunk together with the branches can be used as fuel and post of fences. The fallen young coconut fruit is an excellent fuel its heat is strong and effective, this is the main fuel for those who don’t use gas. The most valuable part of a tree of life is the fruit. Aside from the oil extracted from the meat, many kinds of native delicacies can be made from it.

The tree of life can be seen anywhere around the Philippines but the very most plantation of the tree of life is we can see in the provinces, it’s like in my home town a lot of tree of life plantation, if we want to eat a young coconut, we can eat any time for beside our house in the province there are a lot of coconut tree. Young coconut is a very delicious one; especially the water of it is sweet and a good medicine also for the urinary track infection (UTI). Fresh young coconut is a yummy one and one of my favorite fruits.

Some of the Filipino today is making the midrib of the coconut leaves as a broom and the families are helping together to make many brooms in a day to deliver in the market and to have money for the family on that day. And through the midrib if the leaves of the tree of life their families are save for that day. If every family knows only how to find ways and means in order to live, I think no one in this entire world is a poor.

Cigarette smoking is dangerous to our health, as what the government always reminds us, on television, newspapers and even on the packs of the cigarette that we bought in stores. Cigarette smoking is dangerous for millions of smokers; it is the world of the daily struggles with hacking coughs and shortness of breath. Cigarette smoking is dangerous for it stained in teeth and hands, burned spots on floors, tables and beds.

Cigarette smoking is dangerous, because it is a world of irritably, anxiety, restless and headaches unless one maintains a steady fix of nicotine in the blood from a smoke. Cigarette smoking is dangerous, it is known to be a contributing factor in the following; cancer of the lung, cancer of other respiratory sites, chronic bronchitis, heart diseases and many others especially, the parts of the body affected by cigarette smoke are the following;

· Brain – Some nicotine reaches the brain with in seconds after the first puff.

· Heart – Nicotine increases adrenaline production, heart rate and blood pressure. Heart diseases either cause or made worse by smoking, kill more smokers than lung cancer does.

· Muscles – Muscle tone is quickly decreased, over all strength and endurance is decreased by the efficiency of the blood supply system.

· Stomach – Nicotine increases the production of stomach acid, it promotes ulcers.

· Lungs – Billions of microscopic droplets of the tar enter the lungs air chambers; only 30 percent are breath out.

· Entire body parts – Almost 100 percent of smokes carbon monoxide is absorbed by the red blood cells, decreasing their ability to absorb oxygen.

The danger of health is calculated according to the risk of disease to different ages and different levels of cigarette smoking. If you are a change smoker do not stop right away better to stop gradually so that the body can adjust easily.
