Like the rest of our body our healthy brain can become tired, injured and poorly nourished. Healthy brain have the ability to think and fell perform other task will be disrupted. However we can influence our healthy brain performs functionally by taking care of it.</p>

When we are tired, we cannot think as clearly as become irritable.</p>
