What Keeps Every Person Young?

Exercise remains the most single potent anti aging medication knows to each and everyone of us. Exercise daily for 10 to 30 minutes is quite enough. There are various means of exercise like aerobics, dancing, walking jogging and many other exercises that you love most. Instead of using an elevator or escalator in the office or mall why not go up and down the stairs. Here are other factors that contribute to vital and vigorous aging.

Like using our brain, our common fears about mental decline with aging are no contrary as what I understand with the latest research that I’ve read. There is no significance loss of brain cells in the healthy brains of people who are living normal, healthy lives all the way up through old age. Our brain cells tend to shrink or grow dormant when we are in our old age particularly from lack of stimulation daily. So we need to keep on reading the daily newspaper, books, magazines or news from the internet to stimulate the brain.

In keeping our edge, most people have spent most of their young and middle adulthood working hard so that they can be rested when they reach old age. However, we always want to be active and pursue other endeavors.

Nurturing love is another way to keep us young, every individual wishes to love and to be loved. Someone’s love is an inspiration to a healthier and longer life. The strongest link of a person survival is being married. We also need spiritual fulfillment for everyone seeks spiritual commitment and companionship.

These are just simple tips on how to become young at heart and it’s up to you on how you will handle all the situations in life. Everything lies in our hearts and minds on how to become every mankind keeps young.
