How to Coup Stress without Drugs or Alcohol

Let us face the reality that no single force is more responsible for the widespread epidemic of drugs and alcohol abuse than hyper stress or the excessive stress. Many people are dealing drugs and turning to alcohol with this disease of change – stress. Stress on the other hand is not necessarily a negative force. Stress is not after all what happens to us and how we react and controlled by our minds and our emotions.

To be alive, however, is to be under a certain amount of stress. The most people who want to accomplish something, who are ambitious live on stress. We need it as a stimulant. Yes, the right amount of stress can push us to perform at our very best. On the other hand if the crises and pressures around us become so frequent and intense that we are constantly calling upon our inner sources to respond then the stress becomes deliberating. Our body simply cannot meet such demands, it will become so exhausted as to cause severe stress which is not good for our body and affects our everyday moods. Our body will have warning signals through sickness, fatigue, migraine and so many other diseases that we may encounter. We don’t want to be sick and no body wanted to be sick, so what we need to do is we need take extra care in order to prevent from being sick. Work is always their and we can’t deny or ignore it but if we felt tired maybe we need to take a rest even for a while so that our body can refresh also.

Hyper stress or having so much of it can be destructive to both our physical and emotional well-being; yet, many of our friends turn to alcohol or drugs just to get out of stress. However turning to drugs or any alcohol is not the answer; it is not a solution for our troubles; rather alcohol or drugs only aggregate the problem causing more stress, continuing to a various cycle which are harmful to a person’s life. So how we deal with stress? A sort of simple but helpful suggestion for us is to; Relax, sometimes the pressure on the job or the demands of people around us could e a source of constant stress. Doctors suggest that relaxation is an alternative to smooth those frazzled nerves and cool hot heads. Most of us have wrong notion that relaxation includes drinking alcohol or the use of drugs. These people rather than learning to relax, rely on alcohol to relax for us and that cause for confronting problems in a wrong way.

Stress in Our Everyday Living

Our lives have many complicated aspects in modern living. Most of us find it hard to cope with stressful demands in our society and in our family in particular. It makes us psychologically, emotionally, physically and society affected and it affects our values, attitudes and behaviors in our everyday life.

Stress can’t be avoided totally and it is really a part in our life. No one of us is fully free from stress and it can either extremely pleasant or unpleasant to each and every one of us. It depends on the person’s self-concept and attitude towards coping with stress. We can be free from stress but, it can be minimize and channeled for one’s growth and development through different strategies which may adopt in order to lessen the amount of stress in our lives.

Sometimes in our everyday living, life is full of problems; whether we go there are always problems and these cause to us to be stressful in life. All e need to do is face the harsh reality through positive attitudes of life and it need courage and patience so that it will not resort to fantasy and denial activities that make the problem worse and complicated.

We all have the choices in life, we make sure only that we must put it is a proper way and if possible avoid being stress, because as far as I know stress can makes us also getting old and that is what I don’t like to happen in my life. Enjoy life and make life easy as possible.

Stress is a Part of Life

Life as everyone say is not at all a bed of roses, experiencing pains is an inescapable moment in one’s life. Stress is already a part of our life and it is defined as the psychological and emotional response to demands and opportunity that creates uncertainty when important outcomes are at sake. The main concept concerning stress is that people perceive the situation as a beyond resources to responding appropriately. However, not all stress is bad because if people have no stress is dead.

Other individuals picture stress in a positive manner. Receiving a large raise or promotion, getting married or having a baby may sometimes result in stress arousal for an individual. Unlike the negative feelings associated with stress, the joyful emotions are welcome circumstances. Some recommendation to overcome stress is that, we must maintain a proper diet, relax and decompressed, exercise properly because a healthy person is better to cope up with both physically and psychologically. Exercise must be controlled and fit by every individual.
